Aberdeen airport is a key hub in the fast-growing global air network being built by Air France-KLM. The company's UK manager reported growing demand for the flights, with more flights and bigger planes being needed for the 10% rise in passenger numbers they have recorded in the past year.
Air France-KLM operate five flights a day from Aberdeen to Amsterdam, and three to Paris. 60% of passengers then board flights to other destinations.
